lasB. There is no power going through the fuel-pump fuse either. Also peeled off the insulation on the wires (before the connector) to measure, no power. I tried hooking the fuel-pump to a 12v battery and running it that way, It pumps fuel, but the engine still won't start. Don't think it's an immobilizer issue either, as the car doesn't have an alarm.

Mine is not a fuel cutoff, it is an ignition cut off. It is wired inline to the coil and when it is on, it will allow the truck to start very briefly and then trips. after it trips, it will not allow it to start even though it is cranking. flip the toggle to the other side and push the button and you're good to go again.
